Practical education that arms students with essential skills for success in business and life.

The DRE Program
The DRE program fosters confidence in students through experiential education and mentorship from industry leaders.

Hands-On Workshops
Students in our program engage in a curriculum centered on practical, grassroots entrepreneurship.

Real-World Lessons
Each class is led by a local entrepreneur who forged their own path to success from humble beginnings.

Lasting Impact
Students unlock a network of like-minded individuals and collect life-long memories along the way.
The DRE Roadmap to Success
Entrepreneurial Mindset
We ignite fearless, opportunity-driven thinking so students see obstacles as launchpads rather than roadblocks.
Business Planning
Our speakers provide guidance on putting together business plans that outline value, customers, and competitive edge.
Financial Literacy
We demystify money by teaching students to read the numbers, price for profit, and make data-backed decisions.
Real World Execution
We push learners from classroom theory to track-side action, guiding them to test, iterate, and launch their ideas.
Partner Programs
DRE partners with programs that focus on experiential learning, guiding ambitious youth towards success.
KIPP Texas
KIPP is a network of public schools that prepare students for any path they choose: college, career and beyond.
The Fellowship Initiative
JPMorgan Chase's Fellowship Initiative provides academic and leadership support for young men of color.
Discover U

UEInstitute
The Urban Enrichment Institute tackles issues in economically challenged neighborhoods, offering real solutions.
Dream Rides Xperience
Launching in 2026, DRX connects underserved high school students with UT’s Long Horn Racing STEM Club. Participants gain hands-on experience by shadowing motorsports teams at events like SRO and Super Lap Battle, gaining real-world STEM experience.
Why It Matters
Only 6% of students of color participate in high-impact experiential STEM programs like internships or labs.
Only 27% of low-income students' afterschool programs include engineering or tech activities.
STEM-focused afterschool programs cost $1,200 more per year on avg than non-STEM ones.
Hands-on STEM experiences build problem-solving, retention, and collaboration skills.
High school STEM internships boost confidence, expand networks, and increase college readiness.
We're Seeking Partners Who Share Our Vision for The Next Generation
We’ve partnered with COTA and Super Lap Battle for our event, along with STEM mentors and universities. Now, we seek funding and partners to empower underserved youth in STEM.
