Empowering The Underserved Youth
Dream Rides Entrepreneurship aims to uplift aspiring entrepreneurs from underserved communities by offering practical education and inspiring experiences.
The Challenges DRE Addresses
Clarity
69% of teens have a business idea but don't know where to start. DRE helps students transform ideas into plans by connecting them with entrepreneurs and offering workshops for clarity and confidence.
Preparedness
8% of teens from underserved areas feel career-ready. DRE offers hands-on experiences, combining motivational ride-alongs with workshops on planning, finance, and execution to equip students with vital skills.
Financial Literacy
Over 50% of U.S. youth aged 15-18 failed a financial literacy quiz. DRE teaches essential financial skills like budgeting and cash flow management, preparing students for personal and business financial success.
Opportunity
Minority founders receive only 1% of total U.S venture capital. DRE supports minority youth by linking them with entrepreneurs, offering pitch guidance, and building networks to improve funding access.
At Dream Rides Entrepreneurship, we believe in the power of dreams and the potential of young minds. Our mission is to equip aspiring entrepreneurs from underserved communities with the skills and confidence they need to succeed.

The Origins of DRE
From initial idea to fully operational non-profit serving students across the country, follow the story of how Mychal Warren built DRE from the ground up.
Early Passion for Cars
From the time he could walk, Mychal Warren’s world revolved around cars. He never left the house without a Hot Wheel in his pocket and spent much of his childhood in the backseat of a Porsche 993. At age ten, a trip to Monterey Car Week changed everything. Watching his dream cars race wheel-to-wheel and meeting the drivers, he learned from his father that many of them weren’t professional racers. They were successful entrepreneurs who built businesses that allowed them to pursue racing on their own terms. That day, Mychal set his sights on becoming an entrepreneur.

A Life-Changing Experience
Years later, for his high school graduation, Mychal’s father gave him the chance to drive his Porsche 997 GT3 on a racetrack. It was the best two days of Mychal’s life. It fulfilled a childhood dream and ignited an unparalleled sense of motivation within him. But on the drive home, Mychal realized this was a rare privilege few young people would ever experience. He felt a responsibility to use his access and network to inspire underserved youth with the same kind of life-changing opportunity he’d been given.
Starting DRE
From his Babson College dorm room 1,613 miles away, Mychal launched Dream Rides Entrepreneurship. He rallied entrepreneur friends to teach real-world business skills, leveraged his automotive network to bring millions of dollars’ worth of cars to the track, and partnered with youth organizations to reach students who otherwise would never have this access. The first event brought $20 million in vehicles and gave 45 students ride-along experiences they would never forget. Every student walked away feeling inspired, with some even crying due to how impactful the experience was!

Going Nationwide
Today, DRE has evolved from a single local event into a nationwide initiative, hosting programs at prestigious venues like Circuit of the Americas in Texas. With plans to expand into Florida and California, DRE is set to reach even more young minds. Mychal Warren's vision has transformed into a life mission, aiming to inspire and empower as many students as possible through these unique experiences.
